How do I use a book code?
1. Open the Luniistore
To use a book code, you need to use the Luniistore, our computer application.
2. Log in to your Lunii account
Log in to the Lunii account associated with the My Fabulous Storyteller you wish to add the audiobook to.
If you don't have an account yet, then create one.

3. Access your profile
Once you have logged into your Lunii account on the Luniistore, go to the field "Book code".

4. Enter your book code into the field
Enter and validate your code in the field provided for this purpose. Make sure you copy the code exactly as it is written and that you respect upper and lower case. The audiobook is now in your library.
5. Add the audiobook to your My Fabulous Storyteller
Make sure you are logged in to your Lunii account on the Luniistore. Connect your My Fabulous Storyteller to your computer using the cable provided and turn it on to start the transfer.

FAQs
Where can I find my book code?
Depending on the retailer you purchased your audiobook from, the book code is located on the back of your collectible card or in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I use the book code more than once?
No, a book code can only be used one time. Once it has been entered to a Lunii account, it is no longer valid. Your code is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
I want to give this audiobook to a child as a gift
To give this audiobook to a child as a gift, you must give your book code to the holder of the Lunii account associated with the child's My Fabulous Storyteller.

Check that you have entered your book code into the right place
Book codes can only be added to an account from our computer app, the Luniistore. You can download it here.
Check the characters of your book code
Some characters can sometimes play tricks on us. Make sure you have entered the characters in the right case (upper and lower case). Pay particular attention to characters such as upper case I (i), lower case L (l), 0 (zero) or upper case O (o).
