Lunii's interactive audiobooks are not delivered by post, they are digital products. Once you have logged in to your account, you can find your audiobooks directly in your library. You will then need to transfer them to FLAM via Wi-Fi using the mobile app, which can be downloaded for free.

Yes, the audiobooks in the 3-7 catalogue will be compatible with FLAM. This backward compatibility will be introduced during 2024 and will be phased in across the entire catalogue, as it will require a great deal of in-house development work. However, it will not be possible to listen to audiobooks from FLAM's 7-11 catalogue on My Fabulous Storyteller.

Lunii currently offers annual and monthly subscriptions. The Lunii subscription will give you access to our two catalogues: My Fabulous Storyteller and FLAM. Every month, you will receive a credit that allows you to choose the interactive audio book of your choice, whatever its price, from the catalogue of your choice.

FLAM is first and foremost an audio experience. The screen is only activated to make choices, add audiobooks or set up the device. FLAM has been designed to be used and handled by children on a daily basis. The screen is covered by a transparent shell and is not touch-sensitive: it is the scroll wheel and buttons beneath the screen that allow you to navigate the product.

audiobooks can be transferred to FLAM via Wi-Fi using the Lunii mobile app. Once the transfer has been carried out, the Wi-Fi function is automatically disabled and the device can no longer transmit or receive Wi-Fi emissions: it goes into "offline" mode. It is impossible for your child to connect to the Internet via FLAM.

You can listen to FLAM without headphones, using the built-in speaker, or with a Bluetooth or wired headset (USB-C <> 3.5 mm jack adapter supplied with purchase). The Octave headphones can therefore be used to listen to FLAM stories.
